Miicon Genteel operates this storefront. Contact support@miicongenteel.com with questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion. This notice describes the current store and checkout.

Information you provide

We process account and contact details, delivery information, carts and orders, messages sent to customer support, styling-chat messages, and photos you choose to upload for virtual try-on. Orders and messages create stored records. Do not submit information you do not want used for these features.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts, shopping and support, recommend store products, generate requested try-on images, maintain order records, and protect the service from misuse. Technical records can include request information, IP addresses and security or error logs.

Payments and service providers

Stripe handles card entry and payment processing. Hosting, storage and email services process information needed to operate the store. Account and store data are held using MongoDB Atlas and AWS services.

AI styling and virtual try-on

When you use AI features, your prompts and relevant chat context may be sent through OpenRouter to the selected model provider. Photos and product images needed for a requested try-on may be sent to Eden and its image-generation provider. These are external services with their own processing and retention practices. We do not promise that provider copies are immediately deleted or excluded from every provider use. Use only photos you have permission to submit; do not upload sensitive documents or photos of children. AI images are illustrative and do not guarantee fit or appearance.

Saved photos and deletion

Uploaded and generated photos are stored privately for your account. The Delete saved photos control removes your saved uploads and try-on images from this store's active storage and removes associated saved-photo references. Photo deletion does not delete the text of your conversations or your account and order history. It does not establish deletion from external AI-provider systems or existing backups.

Retention

We have not configured an automatic deletion period for saved chats or photos. You can delete saved photos through the storefront and contact support about other records. Account, order and security records may remain where needed for operations or recordkeeping. We do not promise a fixed backup or external-provider deletion deadline.

Browser storage and your choices

The storefront uses browser storage for sign-in credentials, carts, wishlist items and checkout continuity. Payment and other embedded services may use cookies or similar technology. You can clear browser storage, but this can sign you out and remove local preferences; it does not delete records already stored by the service. Contact support for help with your information.
