Payments and fulfillment

Checkout accepts real payments through Stripe. Review your items, delivery details and final total before paying. Paid orders are fulfilled under our Shipping and Returns & refunds policies.

Using the store

Provide accurate information and use an account you control. Do not attempt to access another person's account, orders, conversations or photos, interfere with the service, or upload material you do not have permission to use.

Products and availability

Product details and availability can change. Images, screens and AI try-on results can differ from an item's real appearance or fit. Review sizes, selected set components and the checkout total before payment. A set uses the availability of its selected components.

Shipping and returns

Styling assistance

The assistant offers store recommendations and optional virtual try-on. Generated suggestions and images can be inaccurate. You remain responsible for choosing products and for having permission to use any uploaded photos. See the Privacy notice for how these features process information.
